High Power Computing @ Rutgers Seminar Series: Amber with David Case

Computer simulations of proteins and nucleic acids are an increasingly important tool in structural biology, but require considerable computational resources. David Case, Distinguished Professor, Department of Chemistry & Chemical Biology, will provide an overview of the Amber suite of programs with an emphasis on performance issues on GPUs and on multi-core CPUs.
