Rutgers Startups Win Awards at NJEN Event

Princeton, NJ  - March 29, 2017

Two Rutgers startup companies won awards at the New Jersey Entrepreneurial Network's (NJEN) "Posters, Pitches, and Prizes" event on March 29 at Princeton University. Novopedics, Inc., a startup that is developing an implantable medical device for patients with severe knee injuries, called Meniscofix, was awarded with the Grand Prize. Visikol, Inc., a biotech startup that markets a technology platform for use in scientific and medical research, earned the "Best in Class" award from NJEN. Jesse Treu, Ph.D., Partner, Domain Associates, was the keynote speaker at the event.
